Online reservation system usage agreement
Reference, change or delete your user registration of the Online Reservation System

Note 1 The rates in the table(Tariff) are regular room rates. Since rates for online reservations will vary depending on the dates, please refer to the rate indicated on the reservation system screen.
Note 2 Please note that some room types, group accommodations, and banquet halls cannot be reserved using the online reservation system. For these inquiries, please use the Comments and Requests Form or telephone us directly.

Cancellation Policy

The guest shall pay cancellation charges as listed in the attached Table.

Note 1 The percentages signify the rate of cancellation charge to Basic accommodation charges. Please ask to the Hotel for details.
Note 2 When the number of days contracted is shortened, cancellation charge for its first day shall be paid by the Guest, regardless of the number of day shortened.
Note 3 In the case of a group booking (ten people or more) please ask to the Hotel for details.

We accept the following credit cards. Contact the hotel directly concerning other types of cards.
